Leanne King has been appointed to the new role of 3663 Supplier Service Co-ordinator as part of the extension of the successful 3663 First For Foodservice national consolidation service. Leanne will be in charge of making sure that 3663 suppliers get the most out of our service. Her appointment will provide a single point of contact for all 3663 suppliers, and enable us to work together more closely to prevent costly shortages.
Leanne will also be offering support to suppliers on our leading-edge on-line stock management system. This system allows suppliers to view the status of their stock in our cold stores in real time. Suppliers can check the status of deliveries into store and orders raised by 3663 for delivery to their depots. They will also receive automatic emails when stocks fall below agreed levels. Though the system is reliable and very easy to use, Leanne will provide failsafe support and guidance for those who need it.
Leanne has worked at the ACS&T Customer Support Department for the last two years, and prior to that had worked on 3663 order management. She has an extensive knowledge of all ACS&T services, and in addition to her support role, Leanne will be developing relationships with both existing and new suppliers as 3663 Supplier Service Co-ordinator.
